At the League, we’re here for your employee health insurance needs.

The Health Benefits Trust is a self-insured, member-governed insurance company that is 100% committed to providing the insurance coverage options that our member cities and towns need.

We know how complex and confusing group health insurance – and voluntary benefits – can be. So we’re here to listen to what you need, answer your questions and help you understand the coverage options available and how they can be customized to best fit your city or town’s budget and needs.
